The intelligent medical ultrasound innovation team has a total of 26 teachers and students. It has published more than 200 papers in authoritative journals in this field such as JASA, IEEE UFFC and UMB with the funding of nearly 30 projects such as the National Science Fund for Outstanding Youth and the National Major Scientific Research Instrument Development Project. It has applied for 17 patents, and won more than 30 awards including the "Medical Ultrasound Pioneer Award" awarded by the World Medical Bioultrasound Federation and the National Invention Second Prize. In 2017, he was selected as a director of the International Society of Osteosounds (5 people, 1 Chinese), and he was selected as a leader in scientific and technological innovation of the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program" in 2019, and was selected as a Shanghai Excellent Academic Leader Program. While leading the scientific research, the instructors pay great attention to the physical and mental health and personal development of the students. They regularly hold fun sports games, table tennis, badminton and other competitions that enjoy the body and mind. The team's innovative spirit is handed down, and the team’s students have repeatedly made achievements in the National Undergraduate Biomedical Engineering Innovation Design Competition and the TI Cup Medical Electronics Innovation Design Competition. The bone ultrasound diagnosis and treatment instrument developed by the team won the gold medal at the 47th Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions in 2019, demonstrating the courage and innovation of all the teachers and students of the team.
